45 things that are true
In a world of unknowns, let me be your guide.
I am not very old. I am not very wise. But there are a few things I know to be true. I think they can serve as shortcuts and solves in many situations.
Life is mostly unknowns so I am very grateful for these knowns in my life and thought it would be kind of me to share them with you so you can also take comfort in and use them.
I also ended this with one from my dad that didn’t feel true when he first said it to me but I find it to be truer and truer as I get older. It is both a little terrifying and a bit liberating.
Anyways. You’re welcome!

If someone is “playing devils advocate” they are actually just sharing their own opinion. - this is dangerous assumption here. Thought exercises exploring the other side of a topic is an important part of having well rounded and considered position.
picky eater one is wrong and bizarre assumption 🤔
